Coinom (“Coinom”, “we”, or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, and we take our data protection responsibilities with the utmost seriousness.

Coinom refers to an ecosystem comprising Coinom websites (whose domain names include but are not limited to www.coinom.com), unincorporated organizations and teams that provide Coinom Services and are responsible for such services.

Unlike other exchanges, we do not ask you for personal information such as a passport, ID card, etc.
We do not involve our users in time-consuming authentication and KYC procedures.

The only thing you need to register and use Coinom services is the email address and password you choose for your account. You can use Coinom services as soon as you register, and there is no time-consuming process of authenticating and sending documents in Coinom.
You can complete your Coinom account profile details. However, there is no obligation, and if you do not consider it necessary, there is no need to do this.
Your privacy is important to us, and we consider it a natural right of our users.

We will never involve our users in sending personal information and KYC, and We promise that we will ultimately protect the privacy of users in Coinom.

What personal information does Coinom ask? Coinom is a Privacy Exchange. You only need an email address to use Coinom services.

- transaction history;

Why does Coinom process my personal information?

- Transaction Services. We use your personal information to process your orders and to communicate with you about orders and services;
- Communicate with you. We use your personal information to communicate with you about Coinom Services;
- Provide, troubleshoot, and improve Coinom Services. We use your personal information to provide functionality, analyze performance, fix errors, and improve the usability and effectiveness of Coinom Services.
- Improve our services. We process data to improve our services and for you to have a better user experience;
- Recommendations and personalization. We use your personal information to recommend features and services that might be of interest to you, identify your preferences, and personalize your experience with Coinom Services;

2. Can Children Use Coinom Services?

Coinom does not allow anyone under 18 to use Coinom Services and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
